Our rooms are centrally located in the CBD in close proximity to public transport. Central Railway Station with Air Train Services and Brisbane City Bus Terminal are within five minutes walking distance.

We offer meeting rooms and an auditorium. Most rooms have access to natural lighting.

Room hire is inclusive of all audio-visual, equipment continuous tea-coffee and table water.

Other catering is outsourced and charged back at cost. Week-end catering may attract a 15% surcharge. Clients are free to use their own caterers.

Our core hours are 8am to 6pm. These hours can be extended by arrangement.

Our meeting rooms are utilised for:  boardroom meetings, private boardroom dining, mediations, small training sessions, focus groups, strategic planning and interviews.

Larger boardrooms are equipped with:  laptops, built-in data projectors and screens, teleconferencing and Skype for Business video-conferencing. Clients will rquire their own Skype accounts.

Our modular Auditorium, with access to natural lighting, can easily be configured into three smaller spaces.

Auditorium 1 has access to natural light from the central atrium. This room has an outlook to a tropical garden below. The atrium is floodlit giving ambience for evening functions. Auditorium 3 also offers natural lighting with a CBD outlook.

Each Auditorium is equipped wih a fixed lectern and microphone, data projector, screen, and presenter confidence monitor, wall mounted touch panel within the room control presentation functions - lighting, volume, TV, and  DVD. Block-out blinds, on windows, are controlled manually.

These rooms are  well suited for:  workshops, seminars, forums, strategic planning sessions, training and team building, larger boardroom meetings or forums, buffet breakfasts and luncheons, cocktail and networking events. 

Our rooms are suported by a small kitchen.

The venue is not licensed and will partner with caterers who hold a mobile liquor licence.

Additional RSA, bar and beverage and wait staff are hired externally and charged back at cost to the client.

Third party owned cameras are permanently fixed for recording and filming services. This service, is arranged independently of Queensland Law Society. Our Auditorium sound booth supports this service and is booked when using this service.

Short term off street parking, with lift access, facilitates safe and convenient drop-off of conference/seminar materials and banners. Please call our friendly Facilities team on 07 3842 5875 or 07 3842 5882 to arrange parking or assistance with disability access.

Paid parking stations are in close proximity

The venue has no accommodation. Hotels: Sofitel, Pullman, Mercure and Hilton Hotels and Adina Apartments are within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
